Hotel Policies

  • Check IN: 3:00 PM (PST)
  • Check OUT: 11:00 AM (PST)
  • Dining area: must wear shoes/sleepers & appropriate clothing.
  • Smoking in a room will be charged a restoring / cleaning fee.
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Must be 21 of age to check-in, valid government ID & credit card required (both Names on ID & Credit Card must match)
  • Cancellation policy: 48hours cancellation policy (cancellation must be done two days prior to arrival / check IN date, if not canceled, charges applied)
  • Pet allowed up to 2 dogs per room with a 50-pound weight limit. Pet rate $ 20 per day / $100 per week. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, additional charges will apply to cover the cost of repair/cleaning. (limited designated rooms)

 

 

  • GROUP BOOKINGS:

    For bookings of more than 5 rooms our group cancelation policy will apply:

  • If canceled at least 8 weeks prior to arrival no cancelation fee will be charged.
  • If canceled between 6-8 weeks before arrival date a 15% cancelation fee applies
  • If canceled between 6-4 weeks before arrival date a 50% cancelation fee applies
  • If canceled within 4 weeks before arrival date a 100% cancelation fee applies.
